Manufacturing Capabilities
We manufacture custom precision gears and machined components to customer drawings or samples, with material, process, and inspection requirements reviewed before quotation.
Core Processes

Gear Manufacturing
Gear work includes spur, helical, cylindrical, sector, half-circle, and internal ring gears, as well as worm wheels and small-module worms. Geometry and tolerances are confirmed against each drawing.

Precision Machining
We machine gear-related features such as bores, hubs, shafts, keyways, and threads to the agreed drawing, alongside precision mechanical parts and gearbox components.

Finishing & Inspection
Heat treatment, surface finish, and inspection requirements are defined during project review. The applicable process route and inspection evidence are agreed before production.
Confirmed Capability Range
- Gear size: module 0.1-16; outside diameter up to 200 mm for precision small- and medium-module cylindrical gears and worm wheels.
- Accuracy: up to JIS grade 4; for selected module 0.25-0.8 gears, up to JIS grade 3. Achievable grade depends on the design, material, and manufacturing review.
- Materials: Cu, 45#, POM, S45C, Al, 20CrMnTi, 40Cr, 42CrMo, and 38CrMoAl. Other grades are reviewed against the application and drawing.
- Production options: customer-supplied material or complete material-and-machining supply; drawing-based manufacture or sample measurement and review.
- Typical lead time: 3-15 working days after the contract takes effect, depending on specification, quantity, material, and process requirements. The committed date is confirmed in the quotation.
Drawing Review and Inspection
Before production, we review tooth geometry, mating conditions, material, heat treatment, bore and mounting features, critical tolerances, quantity, and application. Where a sample is supplied, we can measure it and discuss the features needed for a manufacturable drawing.
Inspection is planned to the agreed drawing. Please identify any required gear accuracy grade, bore fit, runout, concentricity, tooth-related checks, and report format in the RFQ so the inspection method and documentation can be confirmed before manufacturing.
